How to Access Your Tickets on the Ticketmaster App

Download the Ticketmaster App
Available on the App Store or Google Play.
Log In to Your Account
Open the App and sign in using your Ticketmaster email address and password.
Navigate to Your Tickets
Tap on "My Tickets" and then select "Upcoming Events".
View Your Ticket
Tap on the ticket for the show you’re attending.
The QR code displayed is what will be scanned for entry.

How to Access Your Tickets on Ticketmaster website

Go to www.ticketmaster.co.za
Click "Sign In" at the top right corner and enter your login details. Click "Continue".
Once logged in, click on "My Account".
Navigate to "My Tickets" and select "Upcoming Events".
View Your Ticket
Click on the ticket for the show you’re attending.
The QR code displayed will be scanned at the venue entrance.
